Our superb luxuriously appointed hospitality Suite is situated next to the Jazz Band, close to the Parade Ring and both Grandstands. This is a popular and great-value facility providing the 'Cheltenham Experience' - it is further enhanced by our guest speaker and tipster, a selection of draught beer including Guinness, company signage and TOTE betting facilities.

Steam Train Travel
For an additional £80pp+VAT, we are pleased to offer return Steam Train travel which offers your guests a stress free journey to the Festival, avoiding the race day traffic.
This is a unique and novel way to travel, step back in time and relish first class travel pulled by a magnificent steam locomotive.
Starting at Toddington Station (Gloucestershire) your guests will be welcomed by a traditional Irish band that will be playing on the platform before your guests take their seats aboard the train.
Enjoy a 35 minute journey through the beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds, Malvern and Vale of Evesham and arrive relaxed at the Cheltenham Festival.
This is the only train to stop at Cheltenham Racecourse.
At the end of the day enjoy the return journey relaxed and stress free.
