Can I purchase tickets only for an event?
If you are simply looking for 'tickets only' and do not require a VIP hospitality package, then we may be able to assist you.
Could you organise hospitality for any event?
Yes. We have a dedicated team of people that source and put together any sport, music or theatre event that may be requested by our clients.
Do you provide hospitality at major sporting events abroad?
We can source official packages for almost any sporting event. These include the FIFA World Cup, The Ryder Cup, The French Open and the European Championships.
Are there a min/max number of people you can cater for?
Minimum bookings are for 2 guests although at certain events you will be on a shared table. Private tables are generally for 8, 10 and 12 guests. There is no maximum, depending on availability.
Could I be informed about any forthcoming events?
We send out a weekly newsletter to keep clients fully informed of any package releases and late availability.
When will I receive tickets/packages for the event?
We generally send out packages 7-10 days before the start of an event.
Can I alter my booking at a later date?
Subject to our Terms and Conditions, your booking can be altered.
Can I ask for any special requirements for our guests?
Our team will be in contact with you in the run up to the event with regards to any special / dietary requirements you and your guests may have.
Is the package price per person or per table?
Prices are per person plus VAT.
Is car parking included?
Parking is included in the majority of packages, depending on the event.
What is the dress code?
The dress code differs slightly for each event allthough the general rule is smart casual.
Are drinks included in the price?
The majority of packages include a complimentary bar.
Can I make a provisional booking?
Yes we can hold packages on a short term basis subject to availability.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best possible facilities.
Why are unofficial agents often cheaper?
Unofficial agents are often cheaper because they are unofficial. They are not affiliated to the venues or officially appointed by the sports governing bodies and will often obtain tickets illegally through the black market. Their facilities are normally unlicenced, if indeed they exist at all, while they will often add a service charge not mentioned at the time of booking.
Are there any extra hidden costs e.g. service charges?
There are no hidden costs or service charges when booking with us. The price shown is the price to be paid although we will charge extra for additional items such as seat cushions, extra parking and any other extras requested on top of the standard package. You will be notified of the costs of any extras at the time of your request.
